Reviews

CreatureScape will review any horror, sci-fi, dinosaur, original  or comic book based garage kit sent to us that meets our standards of quality.  We do not rate or appraise kits so much as describe and comment on them to give a reader some idea of the pros and cons.  We will, however, tell you if we think it is worth the cost in terms of ease of assembly, quality of cast, desirability, etc.  If we do not feel we can be positive about a kit, it will not be reviewed.

If you would like to see your kit or model building product reviewed here, email us at [email protected].

The Detailer

March 2007:  A series of pre-mixed acrylic washes for general hobby use that offer the builder reliability and uniformity.  Read more here.

Humanly Possible Creations:
Gigantis, The Fire Monster

Sept. 2006:  Sculpted in the spirit of the old Aurora Monsters of the Movies collection, Gigantis arrives on the scene.  So . . . does it compliment the series?  Check it out here.

Ultratumba:
Angry Red Spider

Sept. 2006:   Ah . . . the Bat-Rat-Spider-Crab from The Angry Red Planet.  The surreal offering from Ultratumba is the front runner for best value of the year.  Find out why here

Resin Realities:
The King

Long live the king!  With everyone going ape (sorry . . .) over the new Kong, its nice to see attention paid to the original and still reigning champion.  Check it out here.

BTTG:
Bad Moon Rising

A big bad wolf to be sure.  But there is more to the kit than this little picture shows, so check out this canine with an attitude here.
