Interview: Dinosaur Artist, Jon Rader
(May
2008) For about five years, Jon Rader and Rader Studios have been
quietly producing some of the best dinosaur kits in the business.
His work is researched first hand (he is studying paleontology) and he has
even part of digs that have inspired his models . . . and you don't get
much closer than that! Jon has also produced commissioned sculptures
and dioramas for paleo-museums, done research in Africa, and worked as a
nature photographer for many years. All of this ads up to highly
desirable kits.

The Rules:
Actually PRACTICE your hobby. Just
do it because it makes you happy and don't worry about it. Geeze .

But DON'T BUY RECASTS. Artists
need support to keep doing it and recasts are typically crappy anyway.
